Responsibilities:
Within the IT Department and reporting to the Infrastructure, Support and Cybersecurity Manager, the IT Support Technician will manage the daily operations of the IT environment (excluding network) in accordance with schedules and expected quality. You will monitor the performance of physical and logical IT equipment in the production center, adhering to operational and security standards and methods. You will be the primary contact for technical assistance to users across various companies.
Perform initial setup of IT and/or telephony equipment (applications, micro hardware, telephony and peritelephony equipment).
Manage the connected IT asset inventory.
Handle operational incidents (diagnosis, intervention, alert).
Provide first-level application maintenance support.
Monitor the operation of site resources.
Oversee the operation of production systems and tools.
Document processes and procedures.
