Who You Will Collaborate With
As the dedicated IT Support Analyst in our Brussels office, you will autonomously handle IT support functions while collaborating with a team to address various IT-related inquiries. Though you will be integrated into the broader European IT team with access to regional and global resources, your daily responsibilities will demand a significant level of independence.
Based in Brussels, you will also engage closely with colleagues in our Luxembourg and Amsterdam offices, ensuring a consistent approach to functional support across locations. While the role is primarily Brussels-focused, occasional international support and travel may be required, though limited.
The Technology team offers comprehensive customer support across all our offices and operates through various global hubs, including London, Frankfurt, Warsaw, Hong Kong, New York, and two Centers of Excellence in India. You will be closely connected to the local business while benefiting from the regional and global support network.
Our team comprises specialists with profound expertise across the technology spectrum, ensuring that assistance is always available whenever needed.
Your Responsibilities
As the IT Support Analyst, you will be accountable for delivering a thorough IT support service to partners, lawyers, and business professionals. This includes proactive, professional, and courteous management of customer requests and incidents. You will work closely with users to educate them on the technologies implemented in the office and on their desktops, aiming to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Your role will also involve being a power user of Core Technology applications and Legal Technology tools, possessing both usability knowledge and an understanding of product specifications necessary for diverse legal applications.
In addition, you will proactively seek to understand and resolve technical issues beyond the surface level by conducting research, documenting findings, and analyzing gathered information to derive meaningful insights.
You will facilitate knowledge transfer within the team regarding the adoption, use, and requirements of Core Technology applications and Legal Technology tools to ensure scalable support.
Your mission is to provide high-quality, efficient functional support to all users at Clifford Chance's Brussels office through various channels, including e-learning, floor walking, and one-on-one desk-side visits.
