As an IT Supervisor at Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane Hotel, you will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining the hotel’s IT infrastructure to ensure seamless and secure daily operations. Your pivotal role during the pre-opening phase will involve system configuration, testing, and user training, providing comprehensive IT support across all departments once the hotel opens its doors.
Your collaboration with hotel leadership, corporate IT, and external service providers will be essential to guarantee that all technological platforms align with operational needs, brand standards, and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver daily IT support to various hotel operations, including Front Office, Finance, Sales, F&B, and back-of-house departments.
Facilitate the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hotel systems, including PMS, POS, network infrastructure, hardware, and software applications.
Assist in pre-opening IT initiatives, including system testing, user access configuration, data preparation, and staff training.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
Maintain IT equipment inventory, documentation, and essential system records.
Coordinate with corporate IT teams and external service providers for system upgrades, maintenance, and resolution of issues.
Support data security measures, user access control, and compliance with company IT policies and standards.
Provide IT training and guidance to team members to enhance system usage and operational efficiency.
Assist in implementing and maintaining backup, recovery, and cybersecurity procedures.
Ensure IT services contribute to a seamless guest experience and effective internal operations.
