Responsibilities
- Oversee the IT stack and compliance for Authentic across our Dayton and New York offices.
- Act as the primary IT contact for all staff, providing prompt in-person support in Dayton and remote assistance for New York.
- Diagnose issues across macOS, Windows, SaaS applications, identity/access systems, and networking.
- Manage and uphold IT compliance policies, security standards, and access controls across the organization.
- Oversee the entire employee technology lifecycle—beginning with onboarding setup and concluding with secure offboarding—across all locations.
- Ensure the functionality of office technology at both locations: WiFi, conference rooms, AV equipment, and vendor management.
- Administer our core tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, and MDM solutions.
- Manage hardware inventory from procurement to secure retirement.
- Create documentation and self-service resources that can scale with the team.
- Identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual tasks and enhance reliability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, People, and Security teams on IT initiatives.
- Coordinate with local contacts in New York to address on-site issues as necessary.
