# About the Team You'll Join
- The IT Governance Manager at Toss Bank will be part of the newly established IT Governance Team within the IT Planning Department.
- The IT Governance Team is responsible for managing business continuity planning (BCP), third-party risk management, AI governance, and related tasks.
- This team collaborates closely with various departments, including platform, procurement, risk, and compliance, to ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
# Responsibilities You Will Undertake
- Develop and operate a comprehensive business continuity plan (BCP) that meets regulatory requirements and internal control standards.
- Prepare for and respond to annual ISO 22301 certification audits.
- Establish and maintain internal procedures in accordance with third-party risk guidelines.
- Assess risks at different contract stages and oversee the selection and management of key outsourcing partners.
- Establish and manage AI governance based on the Basic Act on Artificial Intelligence and relevant guidelines.
# We Are Looking For Candidates Who
- Have experience in emergency response training and operating emergency response committees in line with BCP.
- Understand the structure and requirements of ISO 22301 and have experience responding to certification audits.
- Have managed and reviewed key contracts to minimize third-party risks.
- Are interested in the Basic Act on Artificial Intelligence and AI governance guidelines.
