Your Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the tendering process and pre-sales discussions to gain insights into client challenges and requirements.
- Contribute to the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and project planning for system implementations.
- Analyze technical system designs and business models.
- Collaborate with system architects to prepare detailed requirement specifications ensuring effective project/system implementation and integration.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), provide user training, and offer ongoing support to end-users.
Your Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate across various organizational levels and departments.
- 2-3+ years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, Pre-Sales, or Level 2 IT Support.
- A minimum of 1 year of engineering experience in C# / .NET.
- Proficient in SQL scripting.
- Candidates with less than 2 years of experience may qualify for a junior BA role if they hold a degree in computer science and possess at least 1 year of relevant experience.
