About the Role
We are seeking an IT Administrator to spearhead our IT operations at Valon’s New York City office. You will be the on-site expert ensuring seamless operations, encompassing hardware and network setup, system access, and day-to-day support. While your primary focus will be on the NYC office, you will also provide hands-on support for our executive team and assist remote employees in staying connected and productive. Your role will involve testing and implementing new technologies, streamlining operations, and being a crucial contributor to how Valon enables its fast-paced, technology-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Be available on-site in our NYC office Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with flexibility for occasional after-hours maintenance.
- Act as the primary IT contact for the NYC office, managing issues end-to-end, delivering outstanding support, and ensuring smooth operations.
