# About the Team You'll Join
- The Information Security Team is responsible for security policies, security operations, and IT support tasks.
- We aim to assist the IT Manager in providing a better IT working environment within the company.
# Responsibilities You'll Take On
- Manage the IT Helpdesk by responding to and addressing requests from team members.
- Oversee various IT devices including PCs, monitors, and printers.
- Diagnose and resolve configuration errors, network issues, and software problems in Windows and macOS environments.
- Handle requests related to SaaS services such as Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
- Address simple issues related to endpoint security solutions like NAC, DLP, and antivirus (AV) including authentication failures and policy errors.
- Manage various accounts and permissions to ensure the safety of team members' accounts.
- Categorize recurring issues and create operational guides and manuals to empower team members to resolve problems independently.
# Ideal Candidate Profile
- We prefer candidates who view Helpdesk operations not just as request processing, but as a way to resolve problems structurally.
- A good understanding of various OS environments and PC hardware, along with hands-on experience solving user-related issues, is desirable.
- Experience with SaaS services and endpoint security solutions, including operational setup and issue response, is a plus.
- We welcome those who can communicate flexibly with team members and contribute to enhancing quality by documenting and sharing problems.
# Important Notes
- This is a contract position with an initial contract period of one year.
- After the initial contract, a review will be conducted based on internal circumstances and performance for possible extension or termination.
- The start date will be coordinated after acceptance, and salary will be paid on a monthly basis.
