The IS Infrastructure Team Lead plays a pivotal role in embodying the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine (NM). This position requires adherence to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, alongside compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory standards.
In this leadership role, the IS Infrastructure Team Lead will provide expert guidance and coordinate the operations of cross-functional support and project teams, typically comprising between 3 to 10 members. These teams will encompass areas such as Information Services Voice, Network, Network Security, Software Development, Systems Engineering, Security, Cloud, and Integration. The Team Lead is responsible for the selection, installation, configuration, conversion, implementation, and ongoing support of information systems. These systems—both hardware and software—must be aligned with NM’s accepted technical and application standards.
