Join Redwood Credit Union as an Investment Coordinator, a vital member of our Wealth Management team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Advisors, ensuring that we deliver outstanding service to both our Members and internal teams. Your courteous, professional, and efficient approach will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities
Member Service:
• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external Members and partners.
• Reach out to Members referred to the Wealth Management department through branches or our Member Service Center.
• Handle incoming calls from Members, addressing inquiries, investment transactions, and resolving any issues.
• Exhibit flexibility to assist in various functions as required.
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential Investment Members.
• Support Advisors and team members in service-related matters.
• Recognize when issues need to be escalated to Financial Advisors or department management.
Administrative:
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and accountability in supporting Financial Advisors and investment Members.
• Ensure timely submission of required trade documentation to broker dealers.
• Keep all necessary account documents updated and correctly stored in Members’ Investment accounts.
• Organize daily tasks and projects effectively, anticipating workload and potential challenges.
• Uphold confidentiality in all correspondence and discussions.
• Proficiently use the broker dealer platform for processing investment requests and updating account information.
• Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely processing.
• Manage interoffice and incoming mail effectively.
• Organize and maintain the department's electronic file storage system.
• Perform assigned duties related to reporting, marketing, or operations.
• Comply with FINRA, SEC, and other regulatory requirements while working with clients and vendors.
• Assist in coordinating Member mailings and community events for the Wealth Management Department.
Other Functions:
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management as needed.
