About the Role:
We are on the lookout for individuals who are passionate about combating insurance fraud and risk. If you are naturally inquisitive and thrive in collaborative environments, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will conduct account investigations, evaluate risk indicators, and manage complex risk scenarios. Engaging directly with Policy Owners and Agents to probe potential fraudulent activities will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough account investigations to detect fraudulent insurance agents, customer accounts, payment risks, and other fraud vectors.
- Support investigations on customer accounts to meet insurance partner requirements.
- Make informed, account-level judgments based on data and established criteria.
- Communicate with Policy Owners and Agents as necessary to collect information for investigations and fraud validation.
- Assist in the maintenance of fraud detection strategies and business rules under supervision.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills.
