Join the OECD Internship Program!
The OECD's Internship Program is tailored to empower students from diverse backgrounds to apply their skills and enthusiasm in support of the Organization's mission. Interns will collaborate on projects aligned with the strategic directions set by the Secretary-General while contributing to the Organization’s institutional functions. The primary aim is to enable selected candidates to enhance their analytical and technical skills in an international setting.
Selected interns will engage in research activities and assist policy analysts in one or more of the following areas (this list is not exhaustive):

For institutional functions within the Organization, selected candidates will work in one of the following areas:
- Audit
- Communications, Media, and Public Relations
- Event Management
- Finance, Budgeting, and Accounting
- Information Technology
- Legal Services
- Administration
- Human Resources
- Translation
Interns may be tasked with:
- Assisting in the preparation of studies and documents;
- Conducting research and reviewing existing documentation;
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data;
- Contributing to the production of reports, working documents, and publications arising from the above activities, including drafting notes and summaries.
