Your Missions
Doctolib is seeking an intern to join the People Strategy team, responsible for defining and implementing Doctolib's People strategy by identifying new initiatives and process improvements through HR data analysis.
Are you eager to assist in building analytical tools that enable Doctolib's top management to make informed decisions on strategic HR matters? If you possess a keen analytical mind, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills, this internship is tailored for you!
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting various analyses on the performance of different HR functions (Recruitment, Engagement, Attrition, DEI, etc.)
- Supporting decision-making on organizational matters and resource allocation
- Identifying improvement levers based on the tools and analyses
- Assisting HR and business teams in adopting and utilizing these analyses and implementing identified initiatives
- Contributing to the data governance of the People department
