As our International HR Business Partner, you will ensure our people policies are cohesive across all countries where we operate, fostering growth and professionalizing our HR processes. Your role will be instrumental in strengthening our company culture worldwide.
In this position, you will be the primary contact for all international HR matters. Responsibilities include designing job profiles that transcend borders, establishing country-specific salary frameworks, and implementing performance-based work methodologies. Your efforts will ensure our core values resonate globally, from Europe to Asia and potentially the Americas in the future.
Additionally, you will create global career paths to support talent development and collaborate with our Learning & Development specialist to roll out leadership training programs. You will also co-develop international sales and service training, equipping our teams to deliver excellence worldwide.
Collaboration is essential: you will work alongside HR colleagues in larger countries on strategic initiatives while assisting country managers in smaller nations with their daily HR challenges. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by bridging cultures, shaping careers, and uniting us as a global team. In the Netherlands, you will also serve as an HR Business Partner for Service, Sales, or Marketing, providing firsthand insight into the HR processes at headquarters.
