About Our International Expansion Team
The International Expansion team is the driving force behind Joko’s global success, fueled by ambition and strategic vision. This dynamic team is responsible for crafting the strategy to expand Joko into new markets while ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments to achieve efficient and timely execution.
Reporting directly to our CEO, Xavier, the core team consists of the Head of International Expansion, an International Expansion Manager, and an International Expansion Intern. Together, we operate with a startup mentality, laying the groundwork for Joko to shine in every market we enter.
Our mission is clear: to transform Joko into a globally recognized product, starting with the US and extending our reach to additional countries soon.
What You Will Do
As an International Expansion Intern, you will leverage your skills to assist the International Expansion team in executing our expansion roadmap, primarily focusing on the US. You will engage in various aspects of our strategy, akin to a versatile Swiss Army knife, and work closely with the International Expansion Manager.
Your Contributions Include:
Operations: Facilitate an exceptional experience for US users across our digital platforms, gift card offerings, and card-linked services. Your efforts will ensure that new partnerships are launched quickly and flawlessly.
Commercial: Assist the B2B team in developing, launching, and monitoring promotional offers. Help coordinate US-based conferences and events.
Marketing: Play a key role in expanding our user base in the US through effective user acquisition strategies.
