As the International Director and Brand Team Lead for Emrelis and Temab-A, you will spearhead the formulation of the global brand strategy and oversee the execution of early commercial directions for Temab-A. This role requires close collaboration with our Pipeline Commercial Strategy (PCS) team, Area teams, and key international affiliates to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and deployment of the Emrelis brand strategy, integrating international requirements while leveraging resources from the US.
- Collaborate with Area teams and affiliates (BRA/JP) to facilitate the Emrelis launch and oversee the preparation for LSR.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment on LRP and PLN from an IMCO perspective, assessing new BC launches globally.
- Craft and implement communication plans for Temab-A, informing early commercial insights and promoting cross-functional alignment.
- Advance critical commercialization strategies for the Temab-A pipeline prior to key milestones and governance, ensuring clear visibility and execution.
- Drive collaboration across functions and enhance TP efficiencies with Area teams and PCS, delivering early commercial insights and market analysis.
- Conduct thorough commercial assessments to evaluate the feasibility of launches in international markets.
- Provide comprehensive leadership in marketing strategy, planning, and resource allocation.
- Monitor, execute, and adapt marketing plans as necessary.
- Make informed strategic decisions to support AbbVie brands throughout all lifecycle stages.
- Act as a vital member of the AST, representing IMCO, offering strategic commercial insights, and fostering alignment for Emrelis and Temab-A.
