We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Internal Communications Intern to join our Learning and Organizational Development (LOD) team this summer. This internship is perfect for individuals passionate about organizational communications, internal strategy, and workplace culture. You will play a vital role in streamlining communications within our Business Operations teams, which include HR, IT, Office Operations, and LOD, ensuring that both staff and leadership remain informed and supported.
Key Contributions of Learning & Organizational Development:
Third Way University: A comprehensive professional development program tailored to meet the diverse skills-building needs of our staff.
All-Staff Retreat: A two-day offsite gathering designed to foster connections among staff, enhance understanding of our programs, and clarify Third Way’s mission and goals.
Buddy Program: An onboarding initiative that pairs new hires with experienced Third Way staff for additional support during their first 90 days.
Fellowship and Internship Programs: Opportunities for newcomers to engage with our mission and build meaningful relationships within our organization.
Special Projects and Strategy Design: Customized coaching and facilitation initiatives for both internal and external clients.
As the Internal Communications Intern, your typical day may involve:
Managing scheduled communications for the Business Operations teams to keep staff and leadership updated.
Creating a communications strategy that effectively conveys organizational updates.
