We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our Human Resources team, managing a workforce of approximately 600 employees.
Under the guidance of the Senior HR Business Partner and reporting to the Group HR Director, you will act as both an operational and strategic partner to General Managers and team leaders, focusing on three core areas: recruitment, HR administration, and HR development. You will collaborate closely with various centers of expertise (learning & development, HR administration and payroll, legal and social affairs).
Your specific responsibilities will include:
Recruitment
- Engaging in the complete recruitment process across various roles: crafting and posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, organizing interviews, and managing administrative follow-up.
- Overseeing the administrative onboarding process for new hires: preparing documentation, facilitating HR integration, and tracking new employee entries.
- Contributing to employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement.
- Working with the Talent Acquisition team and managers to identify and attract top talent.
HR Administration
- Preparing and monitoring various HR dashboards and reports (absenteeism, payroll, turnover, gender equality index, etc.).
- Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of HR data while adhering to internal processes and regulations.
- Preparing and organizing meetings for Employee Representative Bodies (CSE): drafting agendas, gathering necessary documents, and creating administrative materials.
- Supporting employees and managers with administrative inquiries: employment contracts, individual files, certificates, absence/leave management, health insurance, and monitoring employee transitions.
HR Development
- Actively participating in the organization and follow-up of annual evaluations and People Reviews, coordinating end-of-mission interviews, professional assessments, and exit interviews.
- Assisting in the implementation of training plans with various HR stakeholders and business units.
- Supporting the development of employee career paths, identifying HR needs and projects (internal mobility, skills management, cross-functional projects relating to talent development).
- Being a proactive contributor in various HR initiatives aimed at the continuous improvement of HR practices and tools within the scope.
