Your Role:
Join us in our mission to protect our home planet. The Interim People Operations Specialist will play a vital role in managing the employee lifecycle across EMEA, ensuring the precise and compliant execution of essential HR operational processes. This encompasses onboarding, offboarding, benefits management, HRIS data stewardship, tracking of time and absences, and payroll coordination. Your contribution will be critical in delivering a seamless employee experience and ensuring data integrity in collaboration with the wider People & Culture, Finance, IT, and Payroll teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Support: Oversee and implement all onboarding and offboarding activities across 11+ countries, making sure documentation, system access, and communication align with internal protocols.
- Documentation & Compliance: Draft employment contracts, letters, and other necessary documentation in accordance with local regulations.
- Benefits Administration & Vendor Coordination: Stay informed about country-specific benefits offerings and ensure accurate management of pension plans, insurances, and other benefits in partnership with external providers.
- HRIS Maintenance, Data Integrity & Optimization: Maintain and audit employee data within Workday, ensuring system accuracy and consistency across platforms. Prepare reports and assist with audits as required. Responsible for registering and updating employee details with external vendors (e.g., pension providers, insurance, ARBO services). Optimize HRIS (e.g., Workday) to meet EMEA business needs and train end users.
- Payroll Input & Data Preparation: Collaborate with Payroll and P+C Business Partners to guarantee the correct input of variable data for monthly payroll cycles and support adherence to local reporting obligations.
- Process Improvement & Knowledge Management: Document operational procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to team documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
