The Role
We are on the lookout for skilled operations and intelligence professionals with experience in the Palantir platform to join our dynamic team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to strengthen and support the unique partnerships with Palantir's client user base. Your responsibilities will include working alongside analysts to provide training and mentorship to users, testing and troubleshooting technical issues, and developing innovative Palantir use cases, all while tackling unique and challenging problems. This may involve embedding with users worldwide as well as sharing insights directly with Palantir team members at our offices. Ultimately, you will facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise, ensuring the ongoing success of our customers. Help us tackle some of the world's toughest problems.
