About the Role
As an Integrations Associate at Kota, you will play a pivotal role in managing integrations with financial service providers, including insurance and pension companies, which are essential to our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure these integrations function reliably on a daily basis while facilitating the onboarding of new carriers and providers. Your contributions will directly support tens of thousands of employees across over 100 countries relying on Kota for their benefits. This position offers an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals eager to expand their knowledge about APIs, fintech, and the intricate interplay of complex systems within a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Participate in governance meetings to monitor the performance of our integrations with carriers and providers, ensuring data flows smoothly and that issues are identified promptly.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration challenges as they arise, collaborating with internal teams to maintain seamless system operations and minimize user impact.
Support the onboarding process for new insurers and financial providers, from initial setup and requirements gathering to testing and documentation, broadening Kota’s network and service offerings.
Maintain organized, accurate integration documentation that is easily accessible for internal teams.
