We are on the lookout for a skilled Integration Supervisor to become a key player in our large-scale data centre project located in Helsinki, Finland. The ideal candidate will oversee the coordination and integration of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and architectural services within the project, ensuring an efficient management of interfaces across various disciplines. Responsibilities include supervising installation activities, tracking progress against timelines, upholding quality and safety standards, and assisting in commissioning and handover processes to guarantee successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate coordination and communication between different trades to ensure the seamless integration of site activities.
- Prepare and distribute weekly progress reports to the line manager.
- Conduct weekly toolbox talks and safety briefings to promote a safe work environment.
- Develop and maintain a two-week lookahead schedule for upcoming work activities.
- Participate in daily DAB meetings, providing updates on progress and any arising issues.
- Ensure that labor resources are aligned with project program requirements.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality across all tasks.
- Oversee subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project scope, schedule, and quality benchmarks.
- Promptly report all variations, delays, and potential risks to the line manager.
- Manage plant and material resources to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate material deliveries, ensuring safe handling, storage, and logistics on site.
- Verify that all subcontractor plant and access equipment is certified, safe, and operational.
- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.
- Promote safe working practices, identifying opportunities for improving site safety.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout all work areas.
- Complete and submit weekly “Don’t Walk By” safety cards.
