POSITION SUMMARY:
World Relief is seeking an Integration & Stability Programs Coordinator who will be instrumental in providing coordination, compliance oversight, and operational support across various Integration & Stability programs. This role requires a blend of meticulous compliance-related tasks and strategic thinking, coupled with cross-departmental collaboration, to ensure exceptional service delivery while meeting funder, contractual, and organizational obligations. The coordinator will work closely with program managers, direct service staff, and internal departments to facilitate program implementation, reporting, data integrity, and client service excellence. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple programs while prioritizing the needs of program participants are essential for this role.
