We are seeking a talented Integration & Separation (I&S) Manager to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in managing significant Integration and Separation transactions from inception through execution, collaborating closely with senior management and a variety of stakeholders to tailor integration and separation strategies that align with the distinct needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a vital member of the delivery team for integration and separation projects, ensuring successful outcomes within budget and schedule constraints.
- Lead multiple workstreams across projects, taking ownership of each project phase (discovery, design, planning, execution) while managing client interactions and cross-functional teams.
- Identify potential risks and issues throughout projects and ensure robust communication and stakeholder management.
- Conduct thorough pre-deal due diligence to identify synergy opportunities and develop integration strategies, including day-one readiness assessments.
- Track and report on project milestones, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Oversee all project management functions, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and communication.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and experience.
