Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing follow-up support as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to customers. This includes addressing inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy adjustments, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to guide customers in understanding their insurance options.

Requirements
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Proactive problem solver dedicated to customer service
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Possess the ability to connect effectively with clients
- Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license
- Must be able to obtain Life and Health license
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
