About the Role
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for crafting engaging and effective educational materials and programs that demystify complex concepts, empower all end users, and enhance skills while driving successful outcomes through various multimedia channels.
Your Area of Focus
- Design exciting learning activities and captivating course content (including audio, video, simulations, role-plays, and games) for e-learning and instructor-led delivery, utilizing adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, establish learning objectives, and collaborate with subject matter experts to create tailored materials for specific audiences.
- Partner closely with knowledgeable subject matter experts to perform gap analyses, identify training needs, and define success criteria for end users and the organization.
- Utilize traditional presentation tools within Google Suite (sheets, docs, slides) alongside e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Artlist, and Animaker to develop interactive and engaging learning experiences.
- Manage the end-to-end development of programs from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery under strict deadlines.
- Daily responsibilities include conducting gap analyses, gathering insights from cross-functional stakeholders, creating audio scripts, recording audio and screen captures, curating video content, developing exercises and assessments, collecting feedback, and generating reports.
