Established in 2010, Northeast Ohio College Preparatory School proudly stands as the sole public charter school in Cleveland offering a continuous EK-12 college preparatory education. Situated in the heart of the Tremont neighborhood, our campus is designed to foster a nurturing atmosphere for both K-8 and high school students, encouraging their academic, social, and emotional growth. With separate facilities for K-8 and high school, our extensive educational resources and specialty classes contribute to a positive and supportive school culture.

Your Role:
The Instructional Aide will assist teachers in classroom activities and promote positive student behaviors in both academic and extracurricular settings. Providing oversight to ensure student safety and a conducive learning environment is essential. Additionally, you will support the School Leader and Teachers by carrying out assigned duties in alignment with the philosophy and policies of ACCEL Schools, the assigned school, the governing board, and applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Teacher in delivering lessons to individual students or small groups, adhering to instructional plans.
- Collaborate with the Teacher to plan engaging classroom activities.
- Support positive behavior management strategies among students.
- Monitor students during instructional and non-instructional activities to maintain a safe environment.
