Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule customer installations, ensuring all prerequisites for a successful installation are met.Maintain clear and timely communication with customers about order status, next steps, and scheduling.Collaborate effectively with sales representatives to address incomplete or unclear order information.Support sales representatives in real-time by answering queries and assisting with the scheduling of in-stock doors during customer visits.Generate and document accurate purchase orders to facilitate proper accounting and inventory monitoring.Regularly communicate with vendors, sales teams, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Spend the majority of your day on the phone coordinating orders, schedules, and updates.What We SeekExceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data entry accurately.Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Willingness to work extended hours when project demands necessitate.Proficient with computer systems and software; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Capability to multitask across various systems and applications simultaneously.
