As an Inside Team Member at Domino's, also known as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will embody a vibrant and engaging personality paired with a clear, energetic voice. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns throughout your shift. You will be fully knowledgeable about our menu, services, pricing, and other crucial information to assist our customers whenever needed.
This role requires adaptability as you will work in various environments and conditions, including outdoor settings, fluctuating temperatures, and potentially noisy surroundings, all while ensuring safety amidst moving equipment and other operational hazards. The physical demands of the job may include repetitive hand movements, prolonged standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and crouching.
Key responsibilities for our CSRs include:
- Engaging potential customers by answering questions about our products and services and participating in promotional activities.
- Managing customer accounts by recording and updating necessary information.
- Preparing and packaging food items.
- Handling customer payments and distributing orders.
- Addressing and resolving product or service issues by identifying the root cause, proposing effective solutions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining financial records through processing customer adjustments.
- Contributing to team objectives by fulfilling related requests as necessary.
