Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Specialist at Quadient, where your focus will be on what truly matters: selling innovative postal solutions! Forget about the old days of cold calling; we prioritize efficiency and effectiveness. Our Sales Administration team will assist you in preparing contact lists for our existing clients, allowing you to concentrate on driving sales.
As an Inside Sales Specialist (m/w/d), you will report directly to the Head of Inside Sales and be responsible for selling postal-related solutions, including franking machines and inserting systems, to both existing Quadient customers and potential clients throughout Switzerland. With our Smart Work concept, you can choose to work either on-site in Munich or fully remotely from anywhere in the country.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- 80% Outbound Sales: Reach out to existing Quadient customers to renew or extend contracts, and engage in cross-selling activities.
- 20% Inbound Lead Conversion: Timely follow-up on assigned leads to convert them into loyal customers.
- Decision Maker Engagement: Identify key decision-makers within client organizations and gain insights on their current and future investment plans regarding postal solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage your sales pipeline and associated processes from lead generation to order completion.
- CRM Maintenance: Input valuable information into our CRM system (Salesforce) to enhance our operations.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales Administration and Backoffice. Join a dedicated Inside Sales team in Germany comprised of four talented colleagues.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or Tele Sales; familiarity with software sales is a plus.
- A strong affinity for solution-oriented selling, with the ability to translate product benefits into customer needs.
- Proven track record of building strong, lasting customer relationships within a short sales cycle.
- Proficient in Salesforce or another CRM, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal communication skills combined with a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English; knowledge of Swiss German is an advantage.
