Key Responsibilities
We are seeking motivated full-cycle Inside Sales Representatives who excel in prospecting, managing the complete sales process, and closing recurring subscriptions. In this role, you'll engage in high-volume outbound calling, quickly build rapport, identify client needs, confidently present tailored solutions, and effectively close deals.
Ideal candidates are driven, energetic, competitive, and eager to achieve their financial goals.
Your Daily Activities Will Include:
- Making a minimum of 150 outbound calls each day (a non-negotiable expectation)
- Engaging key decision-makers including business owners, agency leaders, and sales managers
- Managing the complete sales cycle: rapport building, discovery, presentation, objection handling, and closing
- Selling our subscription-based, real-time lead programs that generate recurring revenue
- Developing a robust sales pipeline, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining detailed CRM records
- Utilizing email, phone, and messaging to create urgency and drive next steps
- Monitoring your activity and performance metrics to consistently meet or exceed targets
- Participating in training sessions, coaching, call reviews, and ongoing personal development
Qualifications We Seek:
- A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in an inside sales or closing role
- A proven track record of successfully closing sales (not just setting appointments)
- Comfort with a high-activity environment, making 150+ calls daily
- Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Close.com, or similar)
- Clear and professional communication skills; confident and persuasive in interactions
- Self-starter who is disciplined and thrives in a remote work setting
- Competitive spirit, positive attitude, and desire for rapid growth
Compensation & Benefits:
- On-target earnings (OTE) between $75k and $120k (Base salary plus uncapped commission; top performers can earn more)
