As an Inside Sales Representative at Corelight, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth. Collaborating closely with field sales and marketing teams, you will qualify leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and work alongside Account Executives to deliver Corelight's compelling value propositions. Your responsibilities will involve significant outbound communication through calls, emails, and social media engagements—all while developing your skills for potential advancement into a field sales role or other customer-facing positions. We seek driven, coachable, and competitive individuals who thrive in dynamic, goal-driven environments.
Upon completion of comprehensive onboarding by our expert Enablement team, your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging prospects within Corelight’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) of large enterprise accounts through cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Qualifying inbound MQL leads and converting them into valuable meetings by utilizing an engaging conversational approach that effectively communicates Corelight’s value proposition while showcasing curiosity and strong discovery skills.
- Advancing the sales pipeline by scheduling strategic meetings and collaborating with Account Executives, applying the Pain-Power-Fit-Timeline Sales Methodology to qualify and prioritize opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate and current records in sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
