Hello! I’m Nas, one of the pioneering members of the Inside Sales team at Fresh Prints.
When I embarked on my journey with Fresh Prints as an Operations Associate in 2018, I had no idea how profoundly it would transform my professional path. A year later, Jacob invited me to participate in an exciting initiative - creating an Inside Sales team from the ground up. With a long-standing passion for sales, I eagerly accepted the opportunity. At that time, we had no established processes or guidance—just an exciting blank canvas.
Over the ensuing months, Jacob, Vaibhav, and I laid the groundwork for our inside sales operations. We meticulously defined how team members would close deals and implemented a CRM system for tracking purposes, ensuring scalability as the company grew. Fast forward to today: our team has grown into various tiers, including ISAs, team leads, managers, and a dedicated Key Accounts division. Reflecting on our achievements, I take immense pride in having played a pivotal role in shaping Fresh Prints’ sales strategy.

Your Role
As an Inside Sales Associate, you will:
- Convert inbound leads and expand existing accounts.
- Provide exceptional client experiences.
- Manage your pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Who You Are
You will excel in this role if you:
- Possess 0–3 years of B2B sales experience (Freshers are welcome!).
- Are fluent in English with a neutral accent.
- Are proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Remain proactive, goal-oriented, and composed under pressure.
What You Receive
- $700/month base salary plus uncapped commission.
