Skillsoft Global Knowledge is on the lookout for an Account Executive focused on Small and Medium Businesses (SMB). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding existing customer relationships and securing new accounts within the SMB sector. You will be selling Skillsoft Global Knowledge’s renowned Technology & Developer (T&D) solutions, working closely with potential clients to address real workforce and capability challenges.
As a key member of a collaborative, international SMB sales team, you will manage your territory comprehensively—from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster revenue growth through acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
- Directly sell Skillsoft Global Knowledge’s T&D solutions to SMB prospects.
- Own and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure.
- Develop and implement strategic territory plans to optimize pipeline and revenue.
- Clearly communicate Skillsoft’s competitive differentiation and value proposition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional customer experience and successful outcomes.
