Job Details: The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant personality, a minimum of one year of RN experience, and outstanding IV skills. Previous experience in infusion therapy is highly desirable.
Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted nursing license in Texas and possess current BLS certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer infusion and skilled nursing care to patients, including assessments, education for patients and caregivers, and managing emergency situations.
Demonstrate exceptional time management, sound clinical judgment, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Uphold patient confidentiality at all times in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Engage in staff meetings and in-service training as required.
Exhibit well-developed interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues, supervisors, and patients.
Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
