The Information Services Program Lead embodies the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine, adhering to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, while complying with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory and accreditation standards.
This role is central to overseeing an Information Services team's program portfolio, which includes both technical and non-technical initiatives. The Program Lead is responsible for supporting the organizational tools and methodologies established by the NM Project Management Office, as well as any additional best practices and tools. Acting as a liaison between management and various departments (both internal and external), the Program Leader offers guidance and direction to ensure successful execution within the program portfolio.
The IS Program Lead may also assist with budget management, contract management, and program communications for assigned programs and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the portfolio operations within the IS group.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of program and process management capabilities.
- Establish and execute effective communication mechanisms for continuous idea and information exchange.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Assist in developing senior-level presentations related to initiatives.
- Participate in and support surveys and specific research activities, as well as educational seminars and events.
- Engage in the NMHC capital and routine operating budget planning process.
- Provide leadership and guidance for the use of Agile Office or NM PMO standard tools and methodologies.
