The Opportunity
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will take full ownership of influencer campaigns from inception to completion within a targeted market. This hands-on role is ideal for an individual who excels in collaborating with creators, ensuring operational excellence, and is focused on performance-driven marketing. You will guarantee that campaigns are executed on schedule, within budget, and consistently meet high-quality standards—all while fostering strong relationships with creators and delivering impactful content across both organic and paid channels.
What You’ll Do
Influencer Campaign Execution
Manage the end-to-end influencer campaign delivery for a specific market, from briefing to final reporting.
Recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with creators across various tiers (nano to macro).
Clearly brief creators on campaign objectives across different funnel stages (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion).
Ensure timely delivery of all content and assets as agreed upon.
Creator Management & Negotiation
Negotiate fees, deliverables, usage rights, whitelisting, and amplification terms within set budgets.
Maintain proactive and professional communication with creators to minimize issues and delays.
Ensure adherence to contracts, disclosure requirements, and brand guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Creative and Performance teams to ensure influencer content is effective for both organic and paid channels.
Assist with paid amplification processes (e.g., whitelisting, Spark Ads) under guidance.
Collaborate effectively with local market and country teams to streamline execution and reduce friction.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor creator and campaign performance using key performance indicators (CTR, CVR, ROAS).
Document insights from creators and identify optimization opportunities for future campaigns.
