Role Overview:
As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in executing impactful influencer marketing initiatives and leading a dedicated team to achieve remarkable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with clients, the Associate Director, and/or Group Director to translate business objectives into compelling influencer strategies that engage target audiences.
This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual with a deep understanding of the creator economy. You will oversee the complete campaign lifecycle, from ideation and creator selection to execution, optimization, and measurement, ensuring that each initiative is data-informed, culturally relevant, and delivered flawlessly. Your contributions will enhance our reputation for innovation and analytical precision, enabling our clients to meet their marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of influencer executives and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the complete management, execution, and optimization of assigned influencer clients and campaigns.
