Join Our Team as an Industrial Plant Mechanic!
Greenbush Logistics, Inc., a proud sister company of Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc., renowned for producing YellaWood® Pressure Treated Pine, is actively seeking a skilled Industrial Plant Mechanic to join our dynamic team at our terminal located in Irvington, AL.
Sign-On Bonus: $3,500

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program to minimize unscheduled downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and interpret technical information for effective repairs.
- Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility support equipment.
- Perform inspections, operations, and tests on machinery to ensure functionality and validate repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including compliance with company safety rules and Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.
- Complete all assigned work orders in a timely manner and maintain accurate records using software and logs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and PLCs preferred.
- Experience in welding, plumbing, and pipe fitting.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand or stoop for extended periods, climb, and perform repetitive motions in a damp and noisy environment.
