We are at the forefront of change in the healthcare industry, utilizing software, automation, and AI to lead advancements in radiology and clinical operations. We are seeking dedicated Inbound Sales Representatives to join our expanding team at our Vancouver Head Office. This role operates on a 40-hour work week, with some flexibility required to cover shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
As a vital member of our Sales team, you will manage incoming inquiries from potential customers interested in our innovative products and services. You will provide detailed information, answer questions, and assess customer needs. Our patients’ well-being is our top priority!
The responsibilities of an inbound sales representative primarily include managing and converting incoming leads into sales while fostering relationships with prospective customers. Unlike inside sales representatives who reach out to leads, inbound sales representatives focus on responding to incoming inquiries.
Success in this role requires a strong customer service orientation combined with proficiency in technology, excellent communication skills, persistence, sales acumen, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Work Schedule & Location Requirement
This position follows a phased onboarding process and a hybrid work schedule at our Vancouver office (V6B 6A7):
- First 2 weeks: Full-time in-office
- Following 1 month: 3 days per week in-office
- Ongoing: 2 days per week in-office
