Key Responsibilities
Inbound Calls & Customer Interactions
- Handle inbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Comprehend customer concerns and propose appropriate service solutions
- Steer conversations towards booking service appointments using established call flows
Appointment Scheduling, Sales & Membership Support
- Efficiently schedule plumbing service appointments
- Introduce and explain the Pipeline Club membership when relevant
- Identify upsell opportunities while prioritizing the customer experience
Systems, Documentation & Tools
- Accurately log all calls, bookings, and notes within the CRM
- Adhere to documented scripts, workflows, and call processes
- Provide feedback to enhance call flows, tools, and overall efficiency
Customer Experience & Team Collaboration
- Address customer concerns or escalations with professionalism
- Maintain consistent call quality and uphold customer satisfaction standards
- Collaborate with offshore team members to ensure seamless service delivery
