Join our dynamic team at pavago as an Inbound Marketing Manager focused on B2B pipeline and demand generation. We are seeking a creative and analytical marketer who is passionate about developing a robust inbound lead generation strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to craft compelling content on LinkedIn that fosters engagement and converts prospects into qualified leads.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our founder, who will focus on closing deals while you concentrate on generating consistent inbound opportunities through engaging content and relationship cultivation.
Your Responsibilities
Lead Generation through Content (Primary Focus)
- Develop and oversee high-impact LinkedIn content, including posts, carousels, and engaging hooks.
- Identify and execute content strategies that attract high-intent B2B prospects.
- Continually test and refine content based on performance metrics.
From Content to Conversations to Pipeline
- Convert content engagement (likes, comments, profile views) into meaningful discussions.
- Initiate genuine, non-salesy direct messages based on user intent.
- Qualify prospects and guide them into the sales pipeline.
Audience Engagement & Lead Nurturing
- Maintain regular engagement with your audience through comments, DMs, and interactions.
- Foster relationships with prospects through thoughtful follow-ups.
- Utilize content and value-driven interactions to nurture leads.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Create simple content funnels that lead from content to engagement to conversation to call.
- Design lead magnets and nurture flows where necessary.
- Enhance conversion rates across all stages of the funnel.
Support for Sales (Nice-to-Have)
- Collaborate with the founder to enhance conversion quality.
- Provide insights on messaging, objections, and audience behavior.
- Optionally assist in early-stage sales conversations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in content-driven B2B lead generation or organic growth.
- Extensive experience with LinkedIn content and personal brand development.
- Demonstrated ability to generate inbound leads or initiate conversations through content.
- Exceptional copywriting and messaging skills.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales cycles (2-3 months).
