Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary contact for Total Store Event planning and executing customer experience initiatives, including product demonstrations and hospitality.
- Utilizing performance metrics to communicate key results with Store Management and the Selling Team.
- Setting a positive example to ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality throughout the store.
- Overseeing in-store sampling and selling activities by enforcing proper protocols.
- Serving as the Own Brand Ambassador, leading educational initiatives for our brands and products.
- Ensuring department standards are met through evaluations, training, and communication.
- Maintaining open communication with Department Managers and Store Leaders.
- Contributing insights for future event planning based on food trends and local customer preferences.
