Position Overview
The In-Community Program Specialist plays a crucial role in the planning, direction, implementation, and supervision of Tims Camps Community Programs, which are conducted at schools and community group venues within their assigned region. This specialist is responsible for ensuring that all participants receive a high-quality program experience that fosters long-term impact. The role emphasizes exceptional program facilitation and delivery to maximize positive outcomes. The In-Community Program Specialist leverages their knowledge of youth development, outdoor and experiential education, and program quality systems, while demonstrating excellence in coaching and facilitation to guide their team and the youth we serve.

Work Location
This position is based in Quebec City and involves daily travel within the designated geographic area (Quebec City). While the role allows for remote work from Quebec City, travel beyond the primary region may be necessary, including occasional visits to the Home Office located in St. George, Ontario.
Employment Type
This is a permanent role with an anticipated start date of September 3, 2026. The biweekly salary for this position ranges from $2,307 to $2,692.
