About the Role
We are in search of an Implementation Manager who will oversee the entire onboarding process for small to medium-sized waste haulers transitioning to CurbWaste and CurbPOS. You will be responsible for managing SMB projects from initiation to launch, ensuring timelines are met, customer relationships are nurtured, data is migrated effectively, training is conducted, and cross-functional collaboration is seamless.
This role requires independence and initiative—your focus will be on managing the onboarding process without extensive guidance. You will tackle configuration challenges autonomously and ensure that customers not only get set up on our software but also feel confident in using it. You will interact directly with business owners and operations managers at SMB haulers, often serving as their primary contact throughout the onboarding journey. When challenges arise, you will reset expectations, escalate issues with clarity, and drive towards resolution.
Additionally, you will support your colleagues, contribute to process enhancements, and assist in developing the playbooks that elevate our implementation team’s effectiveness. What You'll Do
- Oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle from discovery to go-live for SMB customers utilizing CurbWaste and CurbPOS
- Conduct discovery calls to analyze customer workflows, identify pain points, and outline configuration needs prior to onboarding
- Ensure timely go-lives within designated cycle times, verifying that onboarding milestones are met before customers launch
- Proactively manage customer expectations across multiple concurrent SMB projects, including timeline adjustments and scope modifications
- Lead data migrations involving cleanup, transformation, import validation, and accuracy verification
- Configure accounts with multi-service lines and resolve complex setup challenges for SMB clients
- Facilitate third-party integrations, accounting system connections, and scalability as part of the onboarding procedure
- Provide customer training to empower users in software utilization and operational efficiency
