About the job
At Freeday, we are dedicated to developing digital employees that take over mundane, repetitive tasks, allowing individuals to focus on what truly matters. With the power of AI, we assist organizations in streamlining processes, integrating systems, and creating opportunities for growth.
We are on the lookout for an Implementation Lead who can efficiently launch our digital employees at client sites. This role requires strong organizational skills, high energy, and a keen understanding of practical needs. You will be closely involved with operations, where you can truly make a difference.
Important: Proficiency in Dutch is a strict requirement for this position.
Your Responsibilities
As the orchestrator of client implementations, you will ensure that everyone is aware of their responsibilities and that tasks are completed on schedule. Collaborating with both the client and your colleagues at Freeday, you will facilitate a seamless process from kick-off to launch.
Ownership from Start to Finish
You will immerse yourself in the client’s processes to quickly understand the practical realities. With a discerning eye, you’ll work with the client to define what success looks like: when we are satisfied, what the desired outcomes are, and how we will measure them. You will translate this into a clear strategy: determining what we can and must leverage from our products to achieve those outcomes. You will assemble the right team, monitor scope, quality, and deadlines, and address any missed commitments promptly.
Planning, Prioritizing, and Delivering Quality
You will create an ambitious plan with clear milestones and a definitive delivery timeline. You will consciously focus on impact and results, establishing clear agreements on what is included in the scope. You will ensure that the solution works as intended, conduct necessary tests, and guarantee that the project is truly ready for launch. You will maintain oversight of dependencies, risks, and progress, keeping the team on pace and having the courage to set aside non-essential features that do not enhance the final outcome.
