About the job
Join Warp: Leading the Charge in Agentic Development
At Warp, we are on a mission to revolutionize developer tools, starting with the terminal. Our innovative platform has evolved into a robust workbench for deploying intelligent agents that assist with coding, deployment, and debugging tasks. With over 700,000 active developers and a staggering 44x revenue growth last year, Warp is recognized as one of the fastest-growing startups in the AI development sector.
We envision a future where developers operate as 'tech leads' for a team of agents—prompting their computers to create features, resolve bugs, and troubleshoot production issues, all from a single interface. Our state-of-the-art code editing capabilities and integrated team knowledge sharing make Warp the ideal environment for this new paradigm.
As we continue to advance our technology, our core mission remains unchanged: to empower developers to deliver superior software more efficiently, allowing them to concentrate on the creative and gratifying elements of their work.

Why This Role Matters:
Warp is expanding its enterprise initiatives surrounding Oz Cloud Agents—cloud-connected agents that streamline automation for teams through event triggers, schedules, and integrations. As enterprises increasingly adopt Oz, they require hands-on technical expertise to deploy these production agents effectively. This includes configuring environments, designing agent workflows, setting up self-hosted infrastructure, and refining prompts and skills.
We are seeking an Implementation Engineer to serve as the primary technical lead for these engagements. You will manage our structured Implementation Support program, collaborating directly with customer engineering teams from use case selection to production deployment. You will actively engage in architecting agent workflows, configuring Docker environments, developing skills and prompts, debugging integrations, and guiding self-hosted deployments. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to convert field insights into product enhancements.
