Key Responsibilities
The ICT Manager will play a crucial role in implementing the Arts Council's IT Strategy and overseeing the deployment of innovative systems. Responsibilities include:
- Leading the implementation of IT Strategy and new systems.
- Managing networking and infrastructure delivery, ensuring business continuity and effective fault resolution.
- Overseeing the procurement of technology solutions.
- Maintaining a customer-focused approach with strong vendor management skills.
- Ensuring the organization’s server operating systems and Active Directory are effectively managed.
- End-to-end management of the Cloud-based Server Infrastructure, from design to implementation, support, and maintenance, adhering to industry best practices.
The role emphasizes the importance of best practices in information security, including the deployment of threat detection tools to safeguard the Arts Council's data.
