Are you prepared to assume the role of Hydropower Lead within our rapidly expanding hydro team? You will engage in both technical and business aspects of projects within our energy division, encompassing team leadership and business development. The hydropower sector has significant international dimensions, and you'll collaborate with hydro experts globally while focusing on projects in the UK, Ireland, and across Europe and India (EURI).
Your projects will span all design phases, from feasibility studies to detailed design and site construction supervision, both domestically and internationally. Our clients include large energy utility generators as well as private developers and contractors.

As our Hydropower Lead, you will be a senior team member responsible for cultivating a high-performing team, overseeing project delivery, and nurturing client, supply chain, and internal relationships on an international scale.
You will review and generate technical and contractual documentation from both internal and external sources.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a program manager, project manager, or technical lead, guiding teams on significant hydropower projects and programs. Direct multi-disciplinary teams to the successful completion of projects, emphasizing client communication and delivery.
- Leading the pursuit of major hydropower projects, spearheading substantial proposals, and engaging with clients.
- Assisting senior leaders in crafting business strategies for hydropower in alignment with market trends.
