We are seeking a dynamic Hybrid Account Executive to join our LinkedIn Talent Solutions team. In this key role, you will explore existing client opportunities while generating new business. As a trusted advisor, your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional value to our clients, assisting them in engaging with our Talent and Learning solutions effectively. Your responsibilities will include responding to inbound inquiries and engaging in proactive outbound activities across your designated region. You will strategically identify target companies and teams, determine the best technology solutions, and sell corporate offerings. While meeting or exceeding your quota is essential, your integrity and client-first approach will remain paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relentlessly prospect to build a robust pipeline and foster strong relationships with potential clients.
- Provide transparent forecasts and maintain open communication regarding pipeline status with management.
- Consistently close new business at or above quota levels.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for your territory, documenting and sharing competitive insights.
- Invest in the growth of colleagues by offering coaching and constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the establishment of best practices that will serve as the foundation for our team.
- Listen to market needs and relay insights to our product and marketing teams.
- Proactively address challenges, even beyond your immediate responsibilities, and be prepared to take on additional initiatives as they arise.
- Seek leadership opportunities and do everything possible to help the company achieve its broader objectives.
- This field sales role requires travel up to 40% of the time.
